Station A Directions: Below there are categories of activities. Start with Group A. If you struggle with the first activity in Group A, go on and do the second activity. Continue to do all the activities in the group until you have reached two activities back to back where you score 80 percent or higher. Once you have reached 80 percent or higher on two back to back exercises, go to the next group of activities.
1. Go to the EMC website. EMC site Click on UNITE 3, then click on LISTENING ACTIVITIES. Do activities 1 and 2. Return the Worksheet to me!
2. The, go to this link and complete the online exercise. Be sure to write your answers on a piece of paper or create a google doc and share it with nyoung@nssd112.org. Café online exercise
3. Now go to the online textbook. Go to page 77. Do exercise 8. Click on the icon of the writing pad. Follow the directions, only you're working by yourself to write out the café conversation. In your skit, the three customers are Monsieur LeCartier, Madame LeCartier, and Coco. Be sure to email your responses to me!!!!!!!!! nyoung@nssd112.org.
4. Now go to page 82 of the online textbook. Click on the headphones and listen to the dialogue three times. What do you think is happening in the dialogue? What do you think "Je vous en prie"? means?
5. Now go to this link and listen to this song. See if you can understand what numbers the person is singing.
Note: cent = 100, mille = thousand, million = million, millard = billion Song with numbers
6. If you have everything done then you may go to this link and try to put the words of the song together. funnybear
